Edit: We've gotten in touch and finished this over Teamviewer. After a bit of searching due to the network setup, we found that both miners were at their default IP.

Can you do early afternoon, around 3 PM? That works better for me if it works for you. Just PM me with times that work for you and I'll get back to you when I get a chance.

you need a second pc to change your miners setting . from 192.168.1.xxx to 192.168.0.xxx

the problem you have is your old miners' setting is most likely 192.168. 1 .xx that 1 must be turned to 0
