Topic: I need help to investigate Blitzboy and need DT members to tag him. (Read 1109 times)

After reading this thread I remembered I sent Blitzboy a PM some months ago asking for an explanation since he did not post in this thread. I cannot recall why I did not follow it up, maybe it was because of things happening outside this forum in real life.

Back then, I was the on the verge of tagging the Blitzboy account if not for anything else then for at least ban evasion just as yahoo62278 did but now I will go through some of the threads/posts to re-familiarise myself before I come to a decision.

I will also send him a PM asking him to post here to clarify what happened.

I am making my conclusion in the reputation matter.

Last few days I exchanged several PMs with BitMaxz. Here are my takes:
BitMaxz is not the original owner of the account. It's changed hand and before the changed hand it was (as may be from current BitMaxz owner) relate to Blitzboy or anyone else. But the current owner confess that he does not know any of them. He sounds gentle and informative, his voice sounds reliable so I will count his words. Considering the quality posting from the current BitMaxz account owner, from my best believe the forum needs more members like him. No matter what motivation they have, they are eventually helping the community and that's very important.

I will not tag or even leave a neutral feedback for BitMaxz account. The account is so familiar that I believe it does nor require such warning. If anything happen in the future then spotting it is very easy.

BitMaxz does not want to comment in this matter on this thread which is why we never seen him to comment here. Everyone has their freedom and I will give that to him.

For me the case is close and I have good wishes for BitMaxz.

He doesn't need to respond, its a moot point as we both already acknowledged he's a good forum member. I mainly just bumped this thread because of Blitzboy's AI-generated posts but after doing some additional research it became apparent the account changed hands several years ago.

I guess no one sent him a PM yet, people can miss a lot of things. I sent him a PM.

It counts and changes the dimension. There are not many people as knowledgeable as him so he is a good asset for the community. If the account changed a long time ago and it's under control of the current owner for long time, additionally the feedback earned are under the current owners possession then I do not think it alerts a tag. In fact it's a good thing that through the account we have now a good forum member.

LOL! And to think that people would be more careful not to give themselves away when using ChatGPT...

Good point, there is indeed a clear difference in posting between those two accounts.


As I showed you in that other topic, several accounts already got banned for use of ChatGPT. The only difference is that Blitzboy is a high ranking account and banned ones were newbies and we know for some time that admins are less inclined to ban higher ranking accounts for one or two cases of plagiarism. Imho its a better approach than insta banning everyone who copied even a sentence (like they did in the past) as forum lost some good members that way, but there should be some punishment (e.g signature ban).

I have had the same thoughts. I believe the Blitzboy account changed hands a while back, given how BitMaxz has been posting and how knowledgeable he is. I don't think he could just resort to copying and pasting from chatGPT a few years later.

Problem is, he isn't helping us to understand what happened. He's just quiet on the whole issue.

To me i believe it's inappropriate to request someone to tag an account on just a normal incident that could happen to anyone, though am not in support of those abusing the whole thing but the DT members have their reputation they are building also and not just in tagging accounts they aren't sure of the major offense or wrong done by the user else this itself will be an abuse on the use of the trust system.

My hesitancy in tagging BitMaxz now lies in the fact that the Blitzboy account seems to have been transferred in Jan of this year as it woke and changed passwords after a 1.5 year hiatus. There's a good chance the account has actually changed hands at least a couple of times because looking thru BitMaxz's posts he seems to be far more knowledgeable than whoever owns Blitzboy now or the previous owner, as well.

If the account sale happened several years ago, which appears to be the case, I would not tag BitMaxz now as he seems to be a valuable contributor to the forum. I'm waiting to find out if Blitzboy should be banned or red tagged for AI posting. Not sure what the consensus is on that yet.

It groups addresses together if those addresses have their Bitcoins get co-spent or act as inputs in one transaction. This simply means both addresses belong to the same wallet. If the address in an HD wallet has never received and co-spent any bitcoins in a single transaction. That address does not get grouped by the walletexplorer.

It's a pretty reliable tool i have used in the past to discover two huge signature cheating account farms
1. A Farm of High Ranking accounts abusing Sig. Campaigns - Ban Evasion.
2. A Large Farm of accounts cheating on Sig. Campaigns [HUGE UPDATE! 04/28/2020]

Wallet explorer was not the only evidence as there's also use of the same address which in most cases is usually enough to prove the connection and as you can see, Blitzboy actually used the address first meaning we can exclude the scenario in which he copied BitMaxz address in the first place.

I think the community is still unsure what to do against these chatbox spammers. If there are any voting initiated by anyone then I will definitely go with "Yes to tag them"

 

How come he went all these years without getting even a neutral tag saying he is Blitzboy's alt? The evidence presented by marloboroza wasn't convincing enough for anyone?


Afaik, those who plagiarize don't usually get negative feedback so I am not sure that is the right course of action even for members that use chatbots. Its probably better to try get them banned intead, but its easier said than done as in some cases its  hard to prove beyond reasonable doubt that someone used chatbot.

Both users could be tagged for multiple reasons depending on a DT members view.

Ban evasion, account selling, and campaign abuse if you don't believe the evidence.

I'll change my feedback to ban evaders so that my feedback is accurate.

I'm not sure my thinking is right, but I'd say it here.
In this case: the two accounts are related by buying and selling, and for the moment, these two accounts are owned by two different people, so I think that negative trust is not reasonable. Of course action is on you, I just give my opinion.

Also, if his account was banned from 4 years ago, I don't know what the reason is. But I don't see any rule if a user's account will be banned if an other account has been banned. Personally, 4 years is a very long time, users can become better. I did not defend him, but look at the amount of money he used to buy Blitzboy, I just feel pity, an account at the hero member is being thrown away LOL

I was messaged by marlboroza about this case as the 2 accounts crairezx20 and Blitzboy had both applied into the Luckybit sig campaign. After tagging both accounts messaging them to remove their sig, I received PM communication from both.


Looks to me like crairezx20 sold the account from 1 of his alt accounts(frilledshark maybe), then there was some loan bs going on in the middle. Either way Blitzboy needs banned along with the OP for ban evasion as he clearly states his main account was banned.

I don't usually share PMs but this case needed the evidence provided.

I was more like "DT please tag" back then, I remember one DT member (I won't say who) told me something within lines "I can read"  . I don't remember this case (obviously) but reading what I posted, they didn't abuse anything or I missed it back then, sooo, no tag.

I'm a little curious, why marlboroza discovered these connected accounts in 2016, but didn't have any tags attached to those accounts  it was almost forgotten until this guy came up with a post to kill himself

I think there is no way to solve this issue, for now, I'm contacting Blitzboy about this just to clean up my mind if how did he get this account. I admit that I sold accounts last 2016 due to financial issues during that time. I'm so careless I thought it will not affect my account in the future since I'm just living here in crypto and I don't want to cheat to anyone. Year by year our rules/DT rules change and people are changed.

This time I'm telling the truth that I do not own Blitzboy and I do not have access to it. If you don't believe that's fine I'll accept the negative trust. It's not my fault. I know the rules from the campaign that I join I just can't control the sold accounts before. I know it's bad to sell here and I know it will tag you if they found you are selling but that's my old issue selling account last 2016 that I thought it was allowed.

It was my old alt account when it was a jr. member/member last 2016/2017. I just forgot about it before to report it to DT members.
At that time I don't know how to report the hacked/stolen account that is why I decided to forget about it until this time comes. Honesty, if it's not because of the negative trust from yahoo62278 I wouldn't remember it.

I'm sorry to yahoo62278 I know the rules of "the campaign that never attempts to join on the same campaign with alt accounts" I never did that since then until now but right now someone attempting to join on the same campaign using my stolen/hacked account. I just want to clear this thing here.
