Sending payment for a newbie user by a credit card is too much risky though the user will pay in upfront. Because the site might be a clone site or the site might be used for scam. If so, they will store credit card number, cvv and expiry date. And they may steal all the balance as the same way steal by using ads of classified site.

But how do you plan to do it? If what you think is that someone is going to buy the items before you send them the Bitcoin, I don't think anyone is going to do it. And I wouldn't recommend doing it the other way around either.
