Hi. Not sure I understand the questions, but Anonymous Ads should do payouts automatically once threshold is reached (I think 0.0001 BTC). If you are not earning from your visitors you should look at the FAQ (https://a-ads.com/faq) - it says visits need to be (globally) unique and advertisers must be willing to pay. Perhaps they don't have enough advertisers. Have you tried adbit.co? They sort of took over from BitAds.net and offer a service whereby advertisers bid to be on your page. You might like that.
