1. The Transaction ID and/or the addresses involved
2. The version of Electrum you are using
3. The Operating System you are using
4. Did you double check the LBC wallet address is the one you actually sent to?
Finally, have you actually tried contacting LocalBitcoins? It sounds like the issue lies with your wallet on their system... the send from Electrum seems to have worked perfectly, as you say the transaction has confirmed.
