Anybody guide me how to make money running a lightning network nodes. Also is there any benefits running a bitcoin full nodes ?

I recommend that you read this meduim article titled - How to Bootstrap a Profitable Lightning Node. In the article, the author highlights several ways to run a profitable lightning node. I do not know your level of experience but you will need to understand whole lightning ecosystem. It also discusses how to set up a node, how to secure funds, how to analyze network dynamics, how to set fees, how to obtain inbound liquidity, and many other useful topics. You should look at read and it will guide you to make an informed decision. Anybody guide me how to make money running a lightning network nodes. Also is there any benefits running a bitcoin full nodes ?

The only benefit that you can get by running your own full nodes I think is only security and privacy other than that lightning node routing fees if you can setup well the lightning you can earn from routing fees.

You won't, ignoring the whole thing about the LN being done so people would transact as cheap as possible so minimum revenue for yourself you also have to provide liquidity, so you need money to make crumbs which multiple users have said in the past they would barely pay the electricity costs.
You might be better of farming faucets.
Also is there any benefits running a bitcoin full nodes ?
Financial? No!
Spiritual? Yes

Some people that are running lightning node said it is not profitable. There was even a user on this forum called Rath_ that has practical knowledge about lightning network and also running his own lightning node. He has also said before on one of his posts the running a lightning node is not profitable.
