Are you sure you have your miner's ip address correct? You can use the program Advanced IP Scanner to scan for all devices on your network.
I'm guessing it would either be an incorrect IP like swilla mentioned, or that the router is on a different subnet than the Antminer is. If swilla's solution doesn't work, I'd recommend following this guide and seeing if that fixes your issue. I had to follow it since my subnet is 172.16.x.xxx compared to the Antminer's default of 192.168.x.xxx, but it solved the problems I was having.

Time Warner Cable for my internet service provider. TWC give a cable Arris modem with a build in router. I have try everything I can to fix this issue nothing works. A friend of my give me a used router. when I plug in everything correctly using the  router that was giving to me by my friend. the antnimer start running loud like they supposed too when they are mining for bitcoin. However, nothing is really happening. when I type the antminer IP in the browser it doesn't even come up. I get (PAGE CAN NOT BE FIND) it is not my internet connection. it is not my modem. So, what is it. I really need help to get this rig back up and running like before when I was using Verizon for my internet services provider. I am willing to Skype anything that can really help me here please. Skype: joseph.charles21  I am on Skype now and im free all day today. I want to get this fix please.
