Hello,
I received my miner from Bitmain's repair location in Commerce, CA. The original issue was one of the hashboards was not hashing.
I plugin and setup the miner when I received it, and there was a Socket connect failed: Connection refused error.
I went ahead and installed the latest firmware from Bitmains website. I installed the latest one. I also set my mining pool and configuration.

It runs at normal speed with all hashboards indicating red lights, with a blinking Green Normal light. Then, the Normal Light stops blinking and goes to solid green. The miner then resets itself and does the same exact thing.
It ran like this for a day without any success.
