So this is not the bet you are referring?[...]I don't think that's what OP mean, that what BJF referred on their reply was a different case with what he's talking about. He's simply saying that he's yet to get an email from BJF, which he probably is yet to receive as their representative is still conducting a thorough investigation to be sure they're get into the bottom of the case.

I personally think that emailing them right now is a bit unnecessary, perhaps give them two or three days, give them time to sort into the case and see if they reach OP within that timeframe.

The representative reply makes the whole thread confusing. I’m not sure how this bet can be settled as win while the OP is just seeking for refund. OP will not open this thread if the bets are “won”. I’m not sure what bet slip does the representative see or if he read the whole thread before he made a reply.
But I think the bet in question is what posted in the OP while the mods look on different bets on the account history.
@OP you should follow @Russlenat suggestion since the support is more active on telegram due to communication moderation.

The representative here was contacted through telegram by @holydarkness as we can see on the reply, then maybe you can try to contact them as well to get a fast response. Because if you are just waiting here, the conversation may not be continues in a timely manner and that will not solve easily.

We need confirmation from the OP first if that was really the bet being raised here. However, if the OP doesn't reply after the response from blackjack.fun, we can assume that the problem was indeed solved. Although the matter brought up is valid, without a conclusion from the OP, this thread would be similar to other threads created by newbies that are left hanging after their problem is solved.

This is something I have not experienced before, since I started betting on basketball. I saw the post on the link the OP provided, which was where the casino explained what they meant by such timing. So, I believe it's not all casinos that have such rules. The casino I am using doesn't have any rules like that, and if the OP is confused about this rule, which I don't understand either, the best option is to reach out to support. Someone already made a suggestion above and the blackjack.fun's representative have already responded but I don't think we have any ANN thread of sirwin.com here.
Casino live support is indeed the best choice but Blackjack.fun live support is not available most of the time depending on the shift of the admin in-charged.
They have email support but the response in there is so slow compared to live support. I think what he did here is one of the viable option since he managed to get the attention of the admin through the help of reliable forum member @holydarkness.

I have had several bets on basket ball over the years but I have never encountered an issue like this, in fact, this is actually the very first time I am getting to learn about this type of game play, almost like a football penalty in the finals where one team must emerge as a winner, which simply means that fundamentally and physical, there won't be a thing as a draw.

I see such rules first time, but i think that it is the same as overtime. The OPs bet is "include overtime", so the bet is lost. I think that casino is right in this situation. Strange rules, but it is ok for bet.

OP needs to be familiar with the rules as bookies doesn't really review the odds and market they provide, they have the odds provider and everything was link in their. If that particular game has no possible OT outcome but the OT market is available in the sportsbook for betting, then that is quite misleading at all, but that's how the game work I guess, and we will never be mislead if we are familiar with the rules of the game and the certain league we are betting.
however, it's still good to see a reply from blackjack.fun about this since they are active in the forum, but I don't expect the bet to be refunded IMO.
About the other casino mentioned, I think they don't have a good reputation as we can see in https://www.trustpilot.com/review/sirwin.com.

they have "live support" that can be found at the bottom left of their website, though I am not sure if it is actually a live support since it asks you for a name, email, and then your message instead of a regular chat box interface.For example if you were to bet on draw you would never be able to win in theory.
regarding this part, when you are choosing which to bet on, there is text above the betting options which says "main time", I assume it means that if the score of both of the teams is the same when the last 4 min in the 4 the quarter is reached it means that the bet on the draw is considered a win and any score made after that will not be counted, at least in the context of your bet on the draw.I really think the sportsbook where you made the bet should explain this properly. I am literally just assuming things.

So this case which there is no OT, even assuming he didn't know the rules would it have been possible to bet on exactly this game on a draw for full results? I assume that his only option was a draw specifically saying before Target Time.
There is no match for that league available to check but I'm sure he's asking about an impossible bet.

Very confusing stuff. Never heard of this target score stuff even though I regularly bet on NBA matches, but it definitely seems like you placed an OT bet implying that the end result for you makes sense.
Anyway, I don't any clue about sirwin, but blackjack should get back to you pretty quickly through one of their team members in this forum.

Exactly my thought on this. OP is using the argument of potential draw bet while his bet itself is not for a draw result. OP is using an argument that is not related to his losing bet just to expect for a void match.

I think @Peanutswar is part of the marketing team of @icopress which is not part of the admin that handling this issue. I think admin is more active on telegram and discord to answer this issue.
But I’m not sure what’s the OP issue here since he bet on a team with handicap while the game still ended with one winner which is almost same when the game run for another 4 minutes.
Your bet is not a draw so what do you expect to happened on your bet? It’s already a lose based on the outcome of the match regardless of the special rules applied in the end.

I agree with slaman29, Blackjack.fun is active on this forum and their representative could help out with the issue. Although the issue isn't directly related to those casinos but is an issue from the sportsbook provider, however I still believe that Blackjack.fun could somehow help you with it.
I have never heard of such issue and it has never happened to me, and to be honest I never betted on basketball events and that's why I believe I have never faced an issue like that but surely it's an issue and should be resolved.
