There are many type of risks involve in such bought account. Exchanges definitely have their own tools to detect any suspicious changes on your bought account: IP changes, geolocation changes, and more things.
It is good enough if your account is locked immediately as geolocation changes. You will only lose the fund you spend to buy the account.
Maybe you will be fine after a few early days but later on, sooner or later you will get troubles. It will be a nightmare if you make a deposit, assumes it is big enough, and your account will be restricted (banned, suspended, frozen, etc.) and you can not prove that you are initial owner.

Why are you risking yourself by buying a verified account with other's KYC documents? They could back account again at any time and they would recover Gmail as well even you change the password. Gmail could be recovered even with a joining date and a few more details. Also, it's not right to use other's verified accounts.
