I have a fully verified Paymaya account, the virtual card account number will only show if it has at least 100 PHP balance. I myself, will not take the risk to lend my account. It smells something fishy here, odds and suspicious. Be careful on dealing with OP.

If you cannot openly say why you need someone's credit card or even a new virtual card then probably you need it for some scammy task. In that case I don't think anyone should lend you their credit card info or even sell you a virtual card. Because then they could be enabling a criminal activity.
