What you mean by the same users, not sure what you are talking about, but I am an old member on here and dont have multi account, I was searching for someone who will accept paypal too and this was my first time I asked such a request, you just assuming anyone who wants to pay with paypal are the same users? I was trying to understand my self what this user want, you seems to be a NOOB who actuly new to forums in general and dont follow up at all or maybe this is the only and first forum you have registered? well I am an admin in many forum and dont reallu have time to register multi accounts, I bearly vist this site ,even when I visit I only reply or try to help people.

This guy is deluded, he's not even going to cash out those funds, because paypal AFAIK won't let you spend the received funds for a while, 21 days maybe?

Can you please explain more clearly? I have PayPal but I don't think I understand what you want here. You need to transfer 600 $ in PayPal, but why would you pay only 120 $ in BTC? How can someone exchange $ 600 in PP for $ 120 in BTC? At least, I think it is a 1: 1 transaction, 600$ PP ~ $600 BTC.
