If you want to use an android wallet you could try Coinomie (I have never used it myself, so I can't vouch for it).
Otherwise, you could use an exchange as a web wallet, but be extremely carefull this is bad advice and should only be a last resort.

I hope we can have one desktop wallet with all the top coin son it in the future but something that we can control and we own the private key I don't recommend exchange or online payments like coinbase,I like something like Jaxx,I hope something like this will pop up in this thread or this forum.

maybe you can try with coinomi or coin payments because as i see in the google playstore, that two of wallet have many list of altcoin that you want and you can trying to send each of the coins. i think the wallet is good for you and maybe its suit for your need but i hope that you can use properly and keep in your android phone. i think from the list you said, its only have DASH, DOGE, ETH, LTC. the other of coins is not listed.

But it's not containing all of your portfolios, try to consider mix jaxx and another multiple currency wallets such as bit.ac
But for your information, if there is no multi-currency wallet which has contained all of the kind of crypto. You must try to combine it with desktop wallet or another wallet that wallet is really safe to keep your amount in dekstop.
