No you don't need any software as stated by several people already. Just login into the miner's web interface. If you unable to operate your miner maybe it's time to sell it and move on.

go to the tab miner configuration - general settings
enter your pool data und push save&apply

When you change pools with the bitmain antminer rollout tool you need to reboot the miners. It changes the config file when you update settings but it does not restart cgminer.
I need software to change pool antminer D3 and L3+ because after i change pool in antman miner tools don't success and end process
