I'm sure someone can help you out with this but it might be easier to try buy an amazon giftcard from here. People often sell them ata discount so you should be able to get a good deal.

This is the book , you can either find a free version or buy it . I would like to pay with bitcoin but there is no bitcoin option so if someone could get it for me I would pay with bitcoin.
