its really easy if you are using wordpress (you can do it yourself with spending any money)

steps-

1. get domain and hosting (seems like you already got one)
2. install wordpress via 1 click installer or manually ( tutorial here - http://websitesetup.org/ )
3. Access free themes and select what you like !

thats it as simple as that. The above link explains steps in detail !

I can do this and can make your site into wordpress for easy revisions and edits. Main price would be .3 btc for development and small edits will cost .004 btc per revision. Tell me if you're interested. Expenses will be handled by you like paid-plugins, stock images, etc.

Also if you want a new design for the site, I can also do it but diffirent price for this.

How detailed is the website ? How keen you're on the design of the webpage ? Or only the content matters ? I could do this prehaps if you contact me and let me know your budget, it can be done via wordpress so you can simply change the content later by yourself or any other CMS thats what i can recommend you for now.

update 8/3/2016 i messaged guys mother on fb. he has since repaid $700 so far. so for the time being, not gonna need this. but keeping this thread open for now.
