Domain in hashflare as collateral can be accepted or not? I know it is not worth 20 btc but another loan and it can be used as collateral

Read the stickies. Collateral must be worth 110% - 120% of the lending amount.

Get out of here if you do not offer any collateral. You won't get any free satoshis from here, without a valid collateral. We do not like scammers around here. Your word is not worth of 47000$.

I'll return the loan in 17 days. I need 20BTC. ATM 20BTC is $47,330 USD.
Conditions:
I'll pay back in USD worth of BITCOINS. For example I have a loan of 20BTC with the current value of $47,330. I'll pay back with an additional of $1,500 after 17 days. So that's $48,830 worth of bitcoins. I may pay less than 20BTC or more than 20BTC depending on the exchange rate. But 1 thing is for sure, you'll get additional $1,500 on my loan.
