I think can create using JSON of address. Being http://www.mlmdevelopers.com/cryptocurrency-development-company/ crypto currency developer is use this last method.

Maybe you should try to send requests for help directly to developers of some similar to yours projects? Probably they could be able to give you some advises or show example of implementing that API.

Sorry but I really do not have any idea on how to implement and filter API data from altcoin chain token.
