If you mean by decentralizing your family is giving or distribute the power to each depends on your offsprings' maturity. If they are mature enough to make their own choices, let them be.

I need to decentralize my family?

You would very young when you got marry, because your mother is still young and also your daughter is 16th years. But why you take tension if your father is still alive and definitely he has his own earning.
Also every man has family like you, so if you take tension and feel burden of them, then you can't give your family decentralize, So live life in a simplicity and don't think in a high level if you can't do it.

We’re same at age and our children’s almost same ages also.thats why I think I will be advising you after you answer the reason why you need to do this

I want to check it out that is it possible to implement Blockchain technology inside human lives & social connections.
Well I guess for social connection yeah but for our family?this would be hard because this will interferes our emotional feeling in which may distract our focus.

But in other way I guess this will be possible though I can’t really tell how exactly

think that, there are few small mistakes to be decentralized from a family, and enough to be difficult to become angry.

Don't be a pain and a nuisance.

If you're a person with strong fringe personal beliefs trying to impose your will as they try to live their own personal life, it's only going to end very badly.

No way. member can't take action without 2 family member confirmations.

Oh. That sounds better then.

Lest I forget: I believe final decision should be left for the head of the family - The Father .. . as long  as the family members are not expert in the issue they debate on

Father is already the miner. So, he has default authority at validating decisions.

Lol this is funny but reasonable.

What aspect of your family life would you want decentralized?
Financial, decision making, transfer of inheritance?

* You could use multi signature wallet to decide together on how you spend big funds.  Google "multi sig wallet" if you don't know it already.

* Am not sure if we have any decentralized tool in crypto for making decisions democratically. Try Googling    "decentralized voting tools" .  Such tool could work better on Telegram-like decentralized messaging  app for the sake of strong debate.

* There should be Dapps for inheritance transfer. Don't know if they'd be safe and effective.

I think these three things mentioned above should be built to work together for better experience.

I guess you need to answer first before we out our advices because your family is still fresh and your children’s are still young to turns decentralized (or maybe we have different culture as well)

It's very easy to do - divorce his wife. Children give in different shelters and desirable in different countries. Just do not forget to all members of the decentralized family to change the documents that all had different names. What could be simpler?  Grin Grin Grin
