2. Do you have a budget to pay websites as most of them wont agree to publish your content for free?

3. Are these articles a "commerical" for your company or can they really add value to readers?

4. If you can provide an example would be best.

I think I've seen a post that has a PR team for publishing articles on sites of alike. The payment must be in bitcoin and that's in the Services section.
I can't find that thread anymore but you can easily post this on that section and say you're looking for someone that can do this. Remember that if you will post there, the payment requirement is bitcoin.
But if you will pay for an altcoin, that's in the Marketplace (Altcoins).

Sovryn - Brings DeFi to Bitcoin

I don't use Bitcoin magazine or coindesk for publishing articles on the internet, but I've used other services like steemit and medium, all it requires is signing up an account and drop your article, very easy, if Bitcoinmagazine supports article that's all you will need to do
