Looking to get in early on the pumps huh? Be careful and keep in mind the potential tax nightmare of jumping from coin to coin. Especially if you’re doing so on exchanges where you’ve provided KYC. They will most likely report your activity and leave you with a lot of line items to report.

AFIAR, some third part app can give you such filters as coinstats.
anyway using trading volume will give you to loss your money because most of reported voulems are fake and too many altcoins have fake bumping bots.

Unless he's filtering the data by exchange then, in that case, he could aim for the reputable ones (such as Kucoin, Binance, Bittrex, etc.) and exclude the other ones.

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope
So far none, but you can get it with googlesheet. There are several sites that offer fully customizable crypto price tracker services especially sorting like cryptosheets.com.

Or if you know a little about coding you can create your own via addons sheets or APIs from third party sites.
Some examples:

Coinmarketcap has that feature. On the top right of the list, there is a filters button, click it then choose "Add filter" and select whatever you need (price, volume and change %).
You are wrong. We can't do that on specific like OP wants. On filter that you said we are only able to set it by general, not % increased we want or % volume OP wants.

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
Exchanges like binance do this already on their landing pages (at least on the mobile they do - their site is really sluggish on desktop).
