First you want PP, now you mention CEX - obviously you still haven't understood what "not your keys, not your coins" means. You can have your own wallet on your desktop or smartphone completely free of charge and receive BTC transactions in it, as well as send them whenever you want. Electrum or BlueWallet are good choices to start with.

I was in the middle of typing the same thing as far as his payment method. OP is just asking to get scammed by someone as well since paypal can be charged back.

OP your sig space isn't really worth much either as all you can add is maybe a link there and nothing else. $10 is cheap and I wish you good luck, but likely not many interested companies. Maybe check the altcoin boards and see if there is a campaign open to jr members.

I was about saying this but needed to see what others has said earlier not to repeat post, usually to earn from sig he need to put in more efforts grow his account both in posting style and in merits earnings only this will he be considered, if at all there would be chance because there are lot of quality users from Trustdice campaign that was paused few days ago. So if there's is any campaign to launched they would consider other quality and reputation members before accepting other minor accounts.

Yeah. I also had a look at your post history, @OP, and I noticed that most of your posts are on local and Off-topic boards. A company or even an individual willing to advertise something wouldn't pay you for posting in these two places only. Your posts need to be spread around the forum for more visibility because that is what a promoter wants, more visibility.

So, as suggested by @hugeblack, you should rent your signature once you think your posting habits are good enough for someone to advertise a platform or service through your signature. And most importantly, improve your post quality so that you can get merits and rank up so that you can at least have some designing in your signature.

It is better to avoid the idea of renting a signature until you have a sufficient history of posts to judge the quality of what you post, lock the topic and come back again after 500 to 1000 replies then your chances will be higher if your are makin high quality posts. by reviewing your posting history I see that you offer other services, work hard to develop those services, add portfolio and you will achieve higher income.
