Only fraudster is going to pay your ransom and then he is going to get the bitcoin and charge you back few days later and leave you with no money and no bitcoin. This rate you charge is called highway robbery.
Also, I am not positive about this but i don't think PayPal likes trades for BTC. I never put any reference to BTC or website in PayPal trades.
It's really overpriced... I think you're probably better off with accepting ID verified accounts only. Then your price will become lower and more people will bite 
May I ask, is there an advantage of using you over wesellcrypto.com? And I'm not shilling for them, but they're basically selling some of the popular altcoins and bitcoin for PP. They have quite a markup, but not double market price. That's kinda high, though I understand the risk. Good luck to you, sir.
