@BitMaxz ismine requires quotes for the argument you pass it. Actually an easier way is to simply ctrl+f to search the addresses on the addresses tab.

As I can see your problem is synchronizing issue where your Electrum is not connected to the network the above suggestion must solve the issue but if it doesn't work you need to check if you are actually using the latest version of Electrum wallet.
The latest release is Electrum-3.3.4 so you should use this because Electrum 3.0 version below is not connected to the network anymore.

Changing DNS or rebooting modem might also solve the issue if your internet is blocking your Electrum from receiving packets.

Another reason why you are not seeing any sign that you are receiving bitcoin in your electrum maybe you don't own the address.

To check if you own the address you can use this command "ismine(Youraddresshere)" without quotes.
Code:
ismine(bc1qptg5vvtmwwgn96qgwgalpflqjvxxmvlwmu8529)

You can find the console from Electrum>View>show console> then go to console tab and use the command above.

If the result is syntax error you don't own the bitcoin address.

The first thing you need to do is answer the questions tryninja posed above. There is  no point in using various proxies if you are on an old version of electrum that will never sync.

If this sync problems happened because of internet problems, try to do several things, such as:
- Using another internet connection to connect your Electrum to the network.
- Use VPN/Tor.
- Use dnscrypt.
If it's still not possible, you can try with another wallet.

One more thing, i went into Blockchain Explorer to see if the transaction was fine, and i found that there are 2 different wallets with the same Code ( one for BTC and one for BCH)-- https://gyazo.com/6bd7dc649880d149b1784e53a719c27a

I clicked on the BCH one and there is nothing, and when I click on the BTC one, there are my bitcoins.
That's normal since both chains' "1" addresses are interchangeable (off-topic).
Based from the screenshot, the wallet address' balance seems "unspent" and indicates that you're quite safe since a fake Electrum's balance will be sent out within seconds after receiving any amount.

So everything looks fine but the btc's aren't still in my wallet : https://gyazo.com/027b6195f0d40be67843eea0003d047c  :   https://gyazo.com/c41e4b69aaf3b45fced5cd54b5bfdba7.
Could be one of these reasons:
  • Check if the wallet is connected to a server by looking at the lower right circle: red=Disconnected/Green=Connected
  • If the wallet is new, let it stay opened to download the block_header file in the background.
  • Click "View" then select "Show Addresses", an Addresses Tab should appear, click it and check if that address in the screenshot is there

Which version of Electrum are you using? Did you download it from Electrum.org? Can you post a screenshot of your wallet history tab?

Hi guys, I have a big problem, on day 27 of February, i sent BITCOINS to my Electrum Wallet from Bitstamp. I waited the confirmation of Bitstamp to make sure that my BTC's have been sent, all fine until now. (you can see the confirmation email here).

Once i confirmed the email, after 1 hour more or less, the transaction was finished as you will see here --> https://gyazo.com/d566627de55c263973ffc7ab05b00fdf

I went to my Electrum wallet and there is nothing, today, after 2 days since the bitcoins where sent, there is still nothing and in bitstamp they said me that everything is fine of their part, so its not a bitstamp problem, i checked the Walled Direction 10 times and its perfectly correct.

One more thing, i went into Blockchain Explorer to see if the transaction was fine, and i found that there are 2 different wallets with the same Code ( one for BTC and one for BCH)-- https://gyazo.com/6bd7dc649880d149b1784e53a719c27a
