I would like to start Bitcoin, I am a minor and I don't have an ID card. So I can't create a Bitcoin account for myself if someone else in the same situation as me could help me it would be cool.  Smiley
All you need to do is install a bitcoin wallet such as desktop wallet, mobile wallet, or even buying a hardware wallet.
After I have a bitcoin wallet, I will browse "how to buy bitcoin without using verification."
Voila, I am sure you will have tons of ways of explanation about how to buy bitcoin, so you can start to buy bitcoin.
Usually, when you use a search engine such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, it will locate a local seller that has the same city as you because that will depend on your internet connection.
After that, you can arrange a time to contact the sellers or if you are lucky, you can directly to the exchange that does not need to use any verification.
Good luck.

There is no bitcoin account unless you store it in a centralized exchange, maybe you need a KYC ID that you need there.

If you already understand what bitcoin is then you don't need to be over 18+ and below you can do it, by buying on P2P and I think it's safer to store with a private key or other phrases that you understand.

You should better understand what bitcoin actually is so that you know what bitcoin is for. Actually, the above has already explained that bitcoin has no special account except private keys and phrases.

It is good to start your life in bitcoin while you are at a young age, it will help you understand the world of crypto earlier, this is a good thing for you hoping that you will learn a lot of things here, back to your question, what do you mean by bitcoin account? if this is a bitcoin wallet then you can still do it because some wallet does not require any KYC just like electrum, crypto exchanges also do not require KYC so you can still explore it at your young age.

I think the question is a bit broad to answer it correctly since you do not specify what account you are referring to. Maybe it would be better to at least read some of the frequently asked questions here on how to properly start. These are just additional resources to at least reduce your confusion.

The replies above me are correct so take always take that into consideration.

In order to hold Bitcoin you do not need any ID card.

On centralized exchanges like Binance you can do a transaction of upto 2BTC without any ID or KYC. You can purchase your own Bitcoin using your Bank card and with your local currency. Then you can transfer it to your private wallet.

Alternatively you can check in your local country whether you have any exchange or not. You can also purchase Bitcoin from there. I am not sure what law applies in your country as you have not mentioned it.

Which Bitcoin account?

If you refer to centralized exchanges, it is more likely that they will require KYC from you and it is where you are not allowed. But even among them, there are certain limits allowed to unverified users. You could take advantage of it but you need to be very careful not to violate any of their terms and conditions and look suspicious because they might freeze or lock your account and require KYC from you.

Other than those, you can choose from a wide array of options. What you should be looking for are wallets, exchanges, P2P platforms, and so on which do not require KYC and where you can buy Bitcoin. After which, pull out your Bitcoin and move them where you are the one controlling your private keys.

You don't need any ID or KYC things on this forum since this forum hasn't implemented KYC for their user (i'm reffering "bitcoin account" you said)

To own or support Bitcoin, you don't have to be old enough and have an ID card.

Bitcoin uses peer-to-peer technology to operate with no central authority or banks; managing transactions and the issuing of bitcoins is carried out collectively by the network. Bitcoin is open-source; its design is public, nobody owns or controls Bitcoin and everyone can take part. Through many of its unique properties, Bitcoin allows exciting uses that could not be covered by any previous payment system.
If what you mean is a "bitcoin account" at an exchange, maybe you can ask your parents or siblings who already have an ID Card to register for the Exchange (if the Exchange sets an age rule to be able to use its services).
