And why is that?  Hint:  It's not the Americans.  It's not the local boards.  What it is the people who insist on spamming the English sections with garbage so they can get paid from their signature campaigns. 

I sure as hell know the Turks would raise bloody hell if a bunch of Americans who don't speak a lick of Turkish used Google Translate to plop down a load of poorly thought-out posts on the Turkish section and made it such that any decent posts by the native Turks were buried under a bunch of the American's shitposts.  That isn't happening because there isn't a campaign in existence that pays for Turkish posts exclusively.

In addition, how many scam attempts have we all seen, in English, that have been made by individuals who clearly can't speak English?  You see enough of them, you begin to think the English-speaking population is being targeted.  There's a bit of cynicism and paranoia which develops after a time, and a lot of the "patrolers" get jaded to this.  OP would do well to try to see things from a perspective other than his own.

By the way, not everyone who speaks fluent English is from the United States.  Far from it.

I love  trading discussion board ..  It's an intresting one .. you should lurk there from time to  time   and leave meta section if you can't handle the talk about red pained accounts and merits  ( as i believe you only find these topics in the  meta section  )

It's too much for me. I want to read about the real scum and about the real bad reputation of the projects. I want to understand the subtleties of rules and life here. I just recently on this forum. I'm very meticulous in life, so everything new for me I start with studying the rules and the basics. This forum was no exception. I see a lot of discussions about alt accounts. Half says - they are only friends, and the second half says that all of alts are the same person. I think that the main problem is the mentality of people.

The Turks are not at all like the French, and the Germans are not at all like the Australians. I know many Turks. This is a very friendly people. They are real friends. They haven't stupid Hollywood smiles, they really hold on to each other and help in trouble and are openly rejoicing in other people's victories. Just look. This is the local section where Merit is most widely distributed. And if one of them is accused of conducting alts - they all come here and gnaw out all throats of offenders.

This also applies to other representatives of other nationalities.
