I actually think it's just posting crap under the sig deals that gets people banned. Probably half of newbs post crap and hollow, generic replies that don't contribute much but they'll probably be fine. Obviously if they become disruptive or go on a spamming/trolling spree that will probably change, but I think they're usually safe otherwise.

Well it's because of the fact posting equates to money that people have a propensity to spam. It's far easier for people to write short pointless posts rather than actually read a thread and try to post something that adds value. People have come to associate paid signatures with spamming as a result of this and hence it has a stigma attached.

Paid Signatures make you a prime and sought out target for spamming, especially if you are a newbie.

First part it obviously true, but newbs can't have signatures and I think you have to be a minimum of at least 'Member' status to join any of the current deals.

I guess I didn't make that too clear.

Paid Signatures make you a prime and sought out target for spamming. Newbies need to be extra careful so they don't get nailed for spamming period.

I have no idea why you would of been banned. This is really unfortunate. Does it tell you a reason?

Did you even read the thread before posting?

^^^^^
Will create thread #99 asking "Why I got banned".

It's real simple people,

I will type this slowly for the people that do not read too fast.

You were temporarily banned for low quality posts added in with the fact you have a paid sig. I didn't issue the ban, that's where you have to contact BadBear. I suggest decreasing the amount of posts and trying to increase the quality of them.

Does is not tell you how long you're banned for? It's probably only for a week, but a mod will probably clarify shortly.

Looking at your posts they're very simplistic and follow essentially the same format, so that's probably why. I'd just wait the ban out and learn from your mistakes once it expires.
