Neteller is the worst, the moment you start receiving money they will ask for a ton of papers, ID, photos, selfies.. and in the end they will close your account and take your money.

Dude I just googles that and found many places. Stop being lazy.
If you had under $10 I would understand since almost everywhere do $10 minimum
But you dont you have $60 which is plenty and accepted everywhere.

You might want to move this to the currency exchange section. Neteller only allows you to use BTC to deposit to neteller through 3rd party companies. They don't allow you to withdraw your balance in bitcoins. I would just suggest using a currency exchanger to make that trade, which however is not recommended as Neteller has been known to ban accounts involved in trading bitcoins.
