You can study the services you are looking for here as well as what others are offering. Just avoid illegal and suspicious scams.

Maybe you have a laptop or PC, it will be easier for you to learn programming languages and web development. You can also start small such as micro tasks and campaigns.

This is not the right thing for you to ask for a job since its hard to trust anyone here, also the competition is high so always remember that there are more users here are skilled so better market your skills properly and don't use total beginner since it will upset the clients since they don't want to give their job to the person who doesn't know on what they are doing and teaching there workers is so hassle and will cost a lot of time, so make sure bring a good experience and skills.
