You wont get because your account is newbie and you got a bad rating.

Collateral can usually be accounts or other altcoins, physical goods if they accept.

Why are you asking other people to come up with collateral ideas? Nobody knows what you have access to and it is you that is meant to be telling the lender what you have of value. It is highly unlikely you will get this loan with such a small amount of information and a 1 post newbie has no incentive to repay.
