I think you can't have because the vip account on primedice was given to those who are active and helpfull member of the site,they are getting money from that account which is lifetime than to sell it here, they go far away just to make their account as VIP so i think no one will give it a free 
No, you don't know how someone got VIP stats on Primedice. it is not given, they aren't special members nor helpfull members. OP you can't get VIP account on Primedice even though you are willing to pay it or you are wanna buy it, because it is forbidden to do and if they are know you bought/get it, your primedice account will be banned.
