Sad truth is that they may have read it as of the moment however most likely. They will just correspond to this if you can provide such a strong reasons or any evidences that you havent broke the rule. This is just based on my experience. You might be able to get some suport from any of the DT cause they are actively replying for some issues but again any documents that will solidify your request will do
So you are suggesting to provide evidence of something which I believe not done. And documents solidifying that I did not break any rule is something unheard of for me.
