I wish you success,I think it's a boring job

I think all the work is nothing boring, when we're ready and know how it's done and what we want, so if we get bored with the work and activities we're in, maybe this is a risk that must be understood and understood. .

I want to give it a try.Any suggestions and tips how to go for it.How do they hire campaign managers?

we all know that being a campaign manager is not an easy job in handling signature campaign. Because you don't know the character of the participants and the community here. So you must be authoritative, firm to your decision, know how to handle communication in any question professionally, and lastly you must shows and prove that you are trustworthy person.

seems like "I want to be a millionaire"  Cheesy
Member Yahoo is explained all of the bad things in the campaign manager, and there is very hard work to counting posts, especially if you manage a large campaign. I hope you do not wish to be only Bos to someone, if it was Newbie member of this forum
Maybe you can start your own campaign, where you going promote your campaign manager service. So others would know about your job. It is small invest for the future job.

You seriously think one can be a millionaire with being a campaign manager?Didn't you read yahoo's post ?Also as Yahoo mentioned he has to go through all kind of abuses also
Arguing back and forth only for them to finally realize your mind isn't gonna change. Then, they decide to create a throwaway account so that they can start accusing you of scamming or some other crazy claim. Be ready for multiple threads to be made against you because some of these users just cannot handle their ignorance.

So you think a campaign manager is like a boss?

Some of the crypto team are hiring those campaign managers who have a history running a campaign. If you know a team who wants to create their own crypto then you can try applying directly

Maybe you should tell us why you think you want to be a manager? I'm pretty sure the reason honestly is you feel like you would make alot of money, but the reason you'll give us isn't gonna be anywhere near what i think.

Those of you aspiring to be a campaign manager thinking it will make you famous and rich are sadly mistaken. What it will get you,(at least what it has gotten me), is endless hours of work. Staying up 16-20 hours a night reading users responses in threads. The feeling of wanting to pull your hair out due to the users spamming like crazy in threads that are long past dead.

You will also lose hours upon hours of your life responding to PMs from users whom you decided did not qualify for payment. Arguing back and forth only for them to finally realize your mind isn't gonna change. Then, they decide to create a throwaway account so that they can start accusing you of scamming or some other crazy claim. Be ready for multiple threads to be made against you because some of these users just cannot handle their ignorance.

These are just a few of the headaches i deal with week to week. The money is not worth the headache honestly. It is also not as much as you might think. Do yourself a favor and go get a real job. There are a few managers who do their jobs and do them well. Most of the rest of the bums who try are exactly that, bums. It is not all about counting posts and sending payments
Thank you so much for your words of wisdom.
Yes I won't lie.Money is definitely a great motive for me to get into this but it is not the only one.
I do not wish to make millions or thousands off it.In fact i would be happy to work for what I get in any good signature campaign for my rank.
Also I do not want to manage more than 1 campaign at a time.
I have lots of free time and I like to learn and do new things especially if they are challenging.
I also plan to exclusively Altcoin campaign manager because they usually have long period and sometimes requires like only 50 posts till Ico ends like conditions.

You should contact people like yahoo who has been into signature campaign for long time and also has a very high trust rate on bitcointalk. Even as a jr.member am also planning for the same thing.
