Many people here will not be willing to sell bitcoin to a newbie rank without verification of ID, and escrow. Using services such as Paypal would also not be preferable here, as many people are aware of cashback scams. If you are looking to purchase Bitcoin, i suggest localbitcoin, bittrex, or kraken as they have smaller fees, and coinbase if you are looking for a faster transaction. However they have higher fees, and might limit you from buying a whole bitcoin at a time.
