neither of these two coins are good for investment. both of them are pointless forks of bitcoin and both of them are pump and dump coins. the only thing that may happen to these two is the miners who are using their GPU rigs to mine them and make some money and the pumpers that may pump them at some point.
additionally BTG had a 51% attack recently which means it doesn't look so good for investment at the moment because of the panic sells.

If you can invest in the real bitcoin it doesn't make sense to invest in the fork with premined token.
I think you would be better off investing in the BTG. It was clear very potential and also have a future. These coins are also much sought after by the public. The price is also continues to improve. Suitable also for long-term investment or short-term.
