If you are looking for contact them then you have very less chance because they never reply any one on twitter or facebook but if you have any technical problem then you have chance they will send you reply with all details even they will fix this problem because few months back I send them email and they give me reply after 8 or 9 days about my problem

You can mention that which contact system you used to contact them to get a reply.
and that is very bad that they reply after 8 or 9 days if they will not stay active for the support of their members then they will ruin their business as if the members will feel bothered on their wallet then they will shift to any other wallet.

I tried so many times to contact them via their twitter account in the past when I'm still using their service but I don't receive even just a single reply from them so there is a small chance that they will reply you OP with your problem, but just try the link that @jacee gave maybe they will reply you from that but don't expect that they will do it asap.

On there I saw they are responding to people if they do not reply to personal message then you can comment on their posts. They will definitely care for their service in public.

I will recommend to comment on their post as if the admin of the facebook page will not active then someone from their team will look at the comment and will tell him to respond the user. I have experience like that when in a site I not got the response then I comment on their post they came to respond me faster.
