I am not positive, but I would have to say that it would depend on what the giveaway is about. If it is only for fun or gambling, you would want to stay under the correct category in the Marketplace. If you are doing a giveaway about the best of something that would be a bitcoin discussion, bringing new ideas to the table, this may be the place. You need to determine what you are looking to give away and for what reason.
