@OP You can get a loan if you can prove that you don't need it. In layman's terms that means you need to send %120 of the amount you want to borrow to an Escrow or the lender. Let's say you wish to borrow 100 dollars, you will need 120 to do so. Same rules apply for banks in real life, no collateral, no loans. Opening hundred of threads (each with a different crazy story) will not help either, so stop that.

Hello I can provide my latest payslips, I can also provide a certificate of ownership, I have never made any credit between individual and I do not know what type of collateral to provide as a borrower.If you could enlighten me on the type of guarantee that you seek I would answer you as soon as possible.
I would prefer to borrow from a person living or often coming to France because a physical meeting is what seems to me the best to be able to acquire a reciprocal trust and then only we will be able to do business.

I am new to the site and I suspect there are a lot of scams well as a lender than as a borrower.
Obviously I am flexible when what I have proposed, and agree on all requests for unconditional guarantee.
I live in France, I am owner and I would be delighted to welcome my future lender so he can know but also know are borrower.
