Not about the rules mate. If you want to find the good campaign first you choose the good manager who is part of it. Then you need to find the rules and they are always choosing the good ICO projects who accepts the negative trust members to participate.

To see the red trust accepted campaign. You can check all the campaign and you can 2 or 3 campaigns only in 100 bounties mate.

Each campaign has its own rules. Just read them.
But with red trust, it will probably be hard for you to get into any good campaign.
