Due to some lose in my project I am going to close this thread as I now do not need that but I will now work to collect some funds to restart my project and this time I will choose for some trusted developers so that this time i will not be scammed. I will spend some time on this forum and will learn all the things. I will want to do some online tasks and other online jobs to earn some money for my project.

but you should be tricky with your participants, like before joining your campaign they need to register to your casino

You can start signature campaign by yourselves but read first those common rules applied in some of the signature campaign here. I know at least you have some idea about that since you already know the signature campaign thing.
In terms of paying, try to create a rates comparison in other campaign since no such thing as exact rate for that. If you are having a hard time then you should seek some service of a signature campaign manager which will include your preferred rates and terms.

First you should make an announcement thread in the gambling section.
And for the signature campaign, You can also be the one who manages your campaign but the campaign will run smoothly and will put people at ease if you hire

I too understand, OP is well aware of signature campaign (and other campaigns too) but he is discussing here to know and learn on how effectively having promotions here. To target this forum members we have many options (like theymos's monthly auction for banners, games&round and campaigns), but how effectively we could manage them is yet to be innovated imho.

When I was reading post I saw all members are said signature campaign to promote his casino.they are missing that the website accept or not Bitcoin or altcoins because if his dont accept Bitcoin or altcoins there is 0 value to promote his casino in here.

Go to service section and there you can see how other casinos doing the same thing. You can do it alone if you have knowledge, but campaign managers are there to make things easier for you. They will create spreadsheet, take care of details, watch for spammers.

Both are allowed in this forum. But it is highly dependent on your available time for managing the signature campaign effectively. Other than signature campaign you can have avatar campaign also separately with new set of members. But usually both signature and avatar campaigns are participated by same members.
There a lot of options to do this, one of the best is creating a signature campaign and let people earn bitcoin by using your casino signature and post on the forums.

You don't have any experience on running some sig campaigns here and it will be turn shaddy if you handle it without using some managers since it may have possibilities that you will not pay your participants, and much better to hire yahoo if you want really to run some since he can help you calculate the budget and help you update the sig in behalf of yours, and also lutpin is reputable manager that can help you sort out things to made your wants into reality.

Well, it's not hard to learn.
It's very simple, just need to create a thread in services section with all rates, ranks accepted, payment day and all other informations about the campaign and create another thread in Gambling section with the casino's informations to gamblers.
I think the only hard part (or boring) is to watch the campaign's members conduct, must always look if they are making acceptable posts. I think that is one the main reasons people hire managers to take care the campaigns.

Make your rate equal to other casino's campaign would be good.
