It's pretty obvious you want to buy an empty bitcoin wallets private key so you can steal the coins from forks based on BTC where there is still a balance left. Update your buying criteria to reflect that instead of asking for something and hiding what you really want!

This explains a lot, so this was the reason why so many people are asking for old Bitcoin wallets that they can buy. I thought it was all about the Bitcoin forks like BCH, Bitcoin Private, and others, but now I realize that some coins are giving up valuable coins for old Bitcoin addresses. Correct me if I am wrong.

Or maybe you have more deeper worse plan for this, the old users of the address must have used the address on different platforms, maybe even signed some transactions the the past or used it on centralized platforms where identity has been passed.

I am just trying to put myself in the shoes, like if I will be fine selling you my old Bitcoin wallet from 2016, and I can't help but say NO even when it's an empty wallet, these days people are so desperate, they can go any lent to turn their good and bad dreams into reality.

Move this topic to Marketplace in the Goods section, on the lower left, there's a Move Topic, click on it and move it there. Regarding this service though, I don't know if someone's going to let you buy that wallet from 2017 even though it's emptied out, there's no way that people are ever going to even sell you this especially if they've got a transaction in that account because you can basically use that as a way to impersonate the person that have sold you that account. Good luck about your search though, I'm sure that there's someone out there that will see the value in this and don't mind the consequences or the issues that will entail after the transfer of ownership of the wallet.
