But buddy without any money how are you going to promote your ICO. Promotion has an important role in success of your ICO.
Honestly you’re probably better off taking a month and building up a form account yourself. Not only is buying and selling accounts on the forum frowned upon but you will not get to pick the name of your account. Also I doubt anyone would sell you one without any kind of bit coin.
