Colombian here. I had not heard about Vanilla cards, but after a quick Google search I see that they are a thing and backed by Movii (a local digital wallet). What kind of help are you looking for? If that is a weird way of saying you are selling the card, I am not interested, but if it is something else you need and I can help you as a local, let me know.
I am confused about why you need help, though. According to their website, this is a prepaid Mastercard that you can use both in Colombia and abroad. Is it restricted for online purchases and hence you cannot spend it yourself?
Of course you won't send me the card details (neither am I asking you to do so), you have no reason to trust in a new user with no reputation. But I can give you a hand if you need to check something about the card that maybe is written in Spanish or if you need to call some number to ask something, for example. On the other hand, depending on what you ask me to do, I will need you to prove that the card was obtained legally (asking people in foreign countries to send gift cards is a common scam, so I will need a proof that your "customer" is indeed a customer and not a victim).
By the way, I hope your health improves if at least that part of your story in the reputation thread is true.
