We have been able to buy gift cards with cryptocurrencies for a long time, what makes that ico any different? Because I understand that right now spending cryptocurrency can be a hassle, but at the same time the next question pops in my mind, why would you want to spend cryptocurrency right now? Especially when the prices are very low compared to just a few months ago.

Not all gift card suppliers accept crypto, actually very few of them actually do.
This is a protocol which will allow any gift card supplier to easily accept crypto!

If you cannot find any service to spend your crypto on directly, i would advise you go to exchange and change it to fiat or if you any any p2p around you that you trust, you can also use that means.

I think that is what cryptocurrency lacks the most right now, and that is investments in ways where people can spend their crypto on the daily stuff, like greengrocers restaurants transportation and restaurants, currently there options we have all involve third parties which take more fees and more time than we would pay with fiat, but with ICOs launching now and then we see some great projects with great ideas that aim to implement crypto into the domains that i have mentioned earlier, and hopefully with time we would actually be able to spend our crypto like we normally do with fiat.

Bitcoin did have that hard time to be adopted I don't see a reason why altcoins would be the first to be accepted on general means and with just basing on how bitcoin adoption progress we do saw slow movement due the fact into its volatility is the main concern that's why it cant really be easily considered to be adopted. How these alts would be different with bitcoin? Volatility would always remain unless if they are just tokens which is fully centralized then its possible but if its a token which do depend on supply and demand then volatility would always be present.

I've quite some stores where you can pay with crypto, for sure with bitcoin, maybe with ETH. I think now it gets more and more popular, so many stores are thinking of integrating cryptocurrencies into their payment systems. And for paying bills I'd say we still have to wait for a while.

There are many more sites like that and hopefully we will catch more as we move with the time. Thing is that, not many industries or companies are getting close to acceptance yet as government is trying ban them everywhere. So definitely it will take time for all the globe to come along. Then we can spend as much crypto currencies as we want. However each and every country is different and they have different attitude towards the crypto currency. Thus, in later time we can see things changed a lot and we might just open lot of options for us.

its up to you where do you spend your cryptocurrency, maybe change it into fiat moey and make small business or buy a house. but if you don't want to use it in here or maybe if you have an house or business then you can use it to shopping and buy an luxury item. there are many online shop that accept cryptocurrency

first you have to convince the shops to accept the crypto you want to spend then spend it. or simply use bitcoin because there are a lot of places that accept it or use fiat because everyone accept it Cheesy

it is not hard, it is impossible to spend altcoins because they are not currencies and nobody accepts them. there are only rare exceptions such as Litecoin that is accepted as a currency in some places but the rest of them are completely useless.

where do you live? there should be local exchange in your place you can sell your crypto to fiat. now you don't have to worry spending it. there are not many stores accepting cryptocurrency yet your currency choice is to exchange your crypto.

You would have to change it to USD and then change it to your local currency if your local currency isn't USD. There are not a lot of places now for you to buy things with your cryptos online as a lot of the places which used to accept it have taken it off due to the currency being incredibly volatile and unpredictable. I know it is not what you are looking for right now but you would have to change it to fiat.

Same Idea here when I was reading bren's topic and here I quoted the second that we have same idea exchange it to USD but it means in exchange to USD, that is BTC--> USD speaking here because When I pay using wallet there is no fees but if your wallet have fee when paying bills yes I am with the point of exchange it and cash it out and waste your time on traffic and your travel expenses or if you have a car you traveling time you waste your gas just to pay bills.

Think about it but if your fees is much more rather than travel and gas expenses go and just cashbit out and in vise versa wehen travel expenses is much more in a cost well go and just be contented in the cost of fees.

You mean to say, you have already a crypto stocks, and your asking where do you want to spend for that? Well, if you want a cash money, then exchange it into real money, but if you want to invest it in crypto coin, then go and find good coin, a lots of altcoins now newly introduce in the market that has a cheap price, but it will surely grows for the next hours only or days, but you need also monitored all the time about the price, so that you can sell it when price grows.
