This thread has been around for almost a year and OP has also been inactive for almost half a year so he doesn't have an update on it, suddenly disappeared. Maybe there is no other task involved but just following his account, he didn't mention anything else. But in this case, forget it.

AFAIK, there's a new rule or policy about following in twitter.

If most people that will follow OP, it's good to his end. But, he can't follow all of them continuously and it has to refresh because there's a limit which is the new policy.
