I scan their barcode with google auth on my iPhone, and it says its an invalid barcode.

Is that the only reason to leave? I have not heard such issue and neither myself. Is there someone else had the same issue? Just curious.

Give Kraken.com a try instead. Not great volume but it's growing. BTC-e seems very solid but there's no way I'd use it having heard how crap their support is.

I've heard nothing but good things about Kraken.  Smiley

Same here. I heard that their validation process is fast and easy as well (at least compared to sites like Coinbase and Bitstamp).

But then I realized their service is simply fucked.

I wanted to get some two-factor security, so I clicked on security.  Even though I have english selected, I see Russian.  Okay, whatever.. I copy/paste it all into a translator and keep going.  I scan their barcode with google auth on my iPhone, and it says its an invalid barcode.  What gives?  If this is supposed to be the solution as an alternative to the BS going on with Bitstamp, I'm afraid Bitcoin is doomed.  This is all there is left?
