Not too much, almost definitely. The price/effort won't be worth the visitors; you could probably just order an advertising campaign off of AdWords or some other advertising platform and get 10x the visitors for a heck of a lot cheaper. Plus, you don't have to mess up some guy's leg for the rest of his life.
