To accelerate a transaction and just rebroadcast it is not even close to the same - the first has an impact on when the transaction will be confirmed, and the second only ensures that the transaction does not drop out of mempool.

The transaction is unfortunately not have RBF enabled, and probably the best option at the moment is to be patient and hope the weekend empties the mempool - currently the transaction is about 13 MB from the tip.

If you are the sender or the receiver from/to your own wallet (you hod seed or private keys) then you should be able to rebroadcast the transaction with high fee or spend the outputs in another transaction using higher fees. RBF or CPFP .
You don't have to pay anything for free accelerators as described in the comment above. You can use them by yourself .
Some pools affoers paied acceleration but it should cost a lot maybe more than the transaction value itself .
