I am always wary of programs like this. Just a suggestion, the best thing to encourage people to be your customers is to offer a freemium offer meaning you let the person use the software for specified period of time for free and when there is a positive experience then there is more chance that he can be a customer for life. With the marketplace ridden by so many scammers and liars, buyers are always thinking a thousand times before plunging into anything. Anyway, this is just a suggestion.

Not everyone will be able to see that red trust, although the recent update has reduced these risks.
Risks do not stop when you buy that program or do not do it properly but check that code.
If you do not check all the lines, you may end up losing all your money "some backdoors."

You should give the full details about your bot, at least a proof. Not everyone is comfortable in contacting a person especially if they have negative trust. Though your negative trust has nothing to do with the bots however it's still a red flag for anyone.
