Unforunately, my money is in bitcoins and dogecoins.

How do i take advantage of this temporary crash??

And since dogecoin is nearing its first halving i don't really want to sell them. I have some btc though and a little in mtgox as usd

If you have money outside of MTGOX, you can leverage your bitcoins at some of the exchanges like bitfinex.com. In other words, deposit your BTC there, and use that as Margin to buy more BTC.

It looks to me like the market is currently betting that MtGox isn't going to be bankrupt next week.  If you disagree and think they are going to bail with whatever bitcoins they have left then you could sell for fiat on another exchange and wait.  This is hardly unprecedented behaviour from them though.

With regard to the dogecoin 'halvening' there seems to be a bit of an expectation around that prices will double overnight. This is unlikely.  Bitcoin halved in November 2012, but nothing dramatic happened to the price until January 2013 and the 2 events are not necessarily related.  The good news is the momentum is still there and provided we can keep adding thousands of new miners and users a day we can keep the price on a steady upward slope.

Now, mtgox had stopped all bitcoin withdrawals temporarily to resolve an issue and traders who needed a reason for buying and selling took the opportunity because some who need money immediately had to sell their bitcoins and withdraw them.

The problem is only at mtgox and is slightly reflected in other exchanges.
